We deliver to Heart Lake Conservation Park and Downtown Brampton event sites, and coordinate with venue staff for smooth access. Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on ground conditions, and pickup is arranged the next business day unless you need extended rental. If your spot needs a permit (City Hall or Garden Square), we’ll work with you to confirm timing and placement.

Brampton summers can be humid with quick showers, so a tent keeps guests dry and comfortable at venues like Gage Park or a Castlemore backyard. The package seats about 48 guests and works well for small weddings, corporate lunches by the Rose Theatre, or community picnics at Heart Lake.
The rental rate is $875.00/day. We require a deposit to hold weekend dates; book as early as possible for May–September weekends since those fill up fast in Brampton. Final headcount, site access details, and any permits should be confirmed at least two weeks before the event.
Our crew arrives with the tent and hardware, sets it up in about an hour, and takes care of stakes or weights depending on the location. For downtown or park installs we’ll coordinate with venue staff about vehicle access and permits. Pickup is usually the next business day unless you arrange an extended rental.
