Our Tent Package-50 Guests is available to rent across Bramalea, Heart Lake, Springdale and Downtown Brampton. We handle delivery, setup and pickup so you can focus on the guest list, whether it’s a backyard in Castlemore or a small reception at the Rose Theatre.
This 50-guest tent works well for Brampton’s mix of park celebrations and residential blocks — think Gage Park concerts or backyard barbecues near Bramalea City Centre. We deliver from our Oshawa depot to Brampton, set the tent up, anchor it properly for local wind conditions, and return to take it down. For events at Chinguacousy Park or on Main Street we coordinate with venue rules and can add sidewalls or weighted anchors for paved sites. Flat-rate rental is $850.00/day and we confirm timing to fit into your permit window if you’re in a public park.

The rental rate is $850.00/day. We require a deposit to hold weekend dates, and full payment two weeks before the event for most bookings. Popular summer weekends in Springdale and Downtown Brampton fill up fast — book 6–8 weeks ahead for July/August, earlier for Saturday nights.
Typical setup takes 60–90 minutes; our crew will arrive within your agreed window, set anchors (stakes or water barrels), and leave the site clean. Pickup usually starts the morning after or the next business day unless you request same-evening removal. If you’re at a park like Gage Park we’ll work with your permit times.
