Renting is easier than hauling and storing a tent yourself — we deliver from our Oshawa base, set it up on-site, and return to take it down after the event. The tent is sturdy for typical summer and fall weather here — it gives rain protection and shade for sunny days at places like Erin Fairgrounds or Orangeville parks. If forecasts call for high winds, we’ll advise on ballast and anchoring options or suggest alternative layouts to suit local site conditions.
The rental is $875/day. We require a deposit to hold weekend dates, and final payment is due before delivery. Peak season (May–October) books fastest in Mono and Erin, so we recommend reserving weekends 6–12 weeks ahead for summer dates. We’ll check availability as soon as you reach out.
Setups usually take 60–90 minutes depending on ground and site access. Please clear a level area and keep a 12–15 ft access path for our truck and crew. For hard surfaces in town parks or the Orangeville Centre, we’ll use weights instead of stakes and can help with municipal permit info if required.
