Yes. We deliver to Downtown Oakville, Bronte, Glen Abbey and River Oaks. Delivery windows are scheduled to avoid morning traffic on Lakeshore Road; we’ll confirm a two-hour arrival window and handle street parking logistics when needed.
Oakville events can face sun, sudden showers, or wind off Lake Ontario. This tent gives covered space for tables and guests and we secure it with proper anchoring for local conditions. It’s a good fit for waterfront parties at Bronte Harbour, park gatherings, or small wedding receptions in Glen Abbey.
The Tent Package is $850/day. We require a deposit to hold your date and full payment before delivery. Weekends in May–October, especially July and August, book fastest in Oakville — put down a deposit early to lock your date.
We usually arrive 2–4 hours before your start time to set up. You’ll need a clear spot on grass or flat pavement and a path for our truck; Downtown Oakville access can be tight so measure driveway width if in a heritage area. Pickup is scheduled the next day or at an agreed time; we handle takedown and hauling.
