Toronto events come with specific logistics — narrow laneways in the West End, condo courtyard rules in Midtown, and busy waterfront access at Harbourfront. Renting this tent gets you crewed delivery from our Oshawa hub into the GTA, professional setup, and scheduled pickup after the event. We can add sidewalls or secure anchors if your site faces wind off Lake Ontario, and we’ll work around local venue windows like Evergreen Brick Works, the Distillery District courtyards, or a Beaches boardwalk meet-up. If you need help with city park permits or condo approvals, we’ll point you in the right direction so the rental fits local requirements.

Yes — we deliver to Downtown Toronto and Midtown. Delivery fees vary by address and parking access; narrow streets or metered zones can affect timing, so we often schedule early-morning drops for events near the Financial District or Harbourfront.
Toronto weather can shift quickly — from sun to a pop-up shower — and many city venues like park sites or rooftop patios benefit from a rented tent you can add sidewalls or anchoring to. Renting means you get the tent only when you need it, with setup suited to local conditions rather than storing and maintaining gear year-round.
The rental rate is $850/day. For summer weekends in June–September we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead; holidays and long weekends sell out faster. A deposit secures your date, and we confirm delivery windows based on your Toronto address when you book.
Our crew needs clear access for a box truck and about a 6–8 foot path from curb to setup area; on condo sites we’ll coordinate elevator use and timing with your building manager. Pickup is scheduled after the event — we return during an agreed window to break down and remove the tent. If a City of Toronto park permit is required, arrange that early so delivery aligns with permit conditions.
