Planning a chair and table rental in Pickering
Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
New-build backyard? Fresh sod and graded lots can be uneven. Set tables on the flattest area or on a patio for stable seating.
Pickup is quick. Our Oshawa location is a short drive along the 401, and pickup is free. Fold-in-half round tables (choose that option when ordering) fit easily in most vehicles.
Plan ahead for peak dates. June, Thanksgiving and December book up quickly. Reserve two to three weeks ahead.

Yes. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free. Just bring a vehicle with enough room for your order. Prefer not to make the trip? We deliver to Pickering too.
Yes, Bay Ridges, Amberlea, Liverpool, Rosebank, Duffin Heights, Seaton, Claremont and the rest of Pickering. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
Keep an eye on the forecast. For weather-related changes, give us at least 3 days’ notice to cancel or move to another date (subject to availability).
