Our catering equipment rentals in Oshawa cover what a home kitchen runs out of when you’re feeding a crowd: chafing dishes, food warmers, dinnerware, glassware, coffee urns and outdoor cooking gear. Most items can be picked up for free from our Oshawa location. Larger items like the propane BBQs and the portable bar are delivery only.

Oshawa is one of our busiest delivery areas, so we know most of the halls, churches and backyards in town.

Keep trays warm through a buffet with rectangular or round chafing dishes, a soup warmer, or an insulated carrier for moving hot food from the kitchen. Each chafing dish comes with its pans and 2 fuel cans. A dish burns 2 cans at a time and each can lasts about 2.5 hours, so add extra fuel when you book if your event runs longer.

For a backyard cookout or a company barbecue, we rent 4 and 6 foot propane BBQs, a two-basket propane fryer, a propane oven and a burner. The 4 foot BBQ comes with either a grill or a griddle top, so choose one when you book. The 6 foot BBQ can be two grills, two griddles, or one of each, which is the setup we recommend.

Propane is available at an additional cost, so add it to your order. The fryer and oven are machine only; oil and cooking supplies aren’t included. All propane equipment is delivered by our team and is for outdoor use only. There’s no assembly needed; the only setup is connecting the propane.

A 100-cup coffee urn and a hot water dispenser cover morning meetings, memorials and church events. Beverage dispensers keep lemonade and iced tea flowing at summer parties.

White dinner plates, dessert plates, soup bowls and matching cutlery come in easy counts for any guest list. Please rinse everything with water before returning it. Plates returned with food left on them are treated as soiled and extra charges apply.

Wine glasses, water goblets, champagne flutes and hi-ball glasses finish the table for weddings, anniversaries and dinner parties. Like dinnerware, glasses should be rinsed before they come back.

Gold, black and patterned charger plates, plus tiered and mirrored cake stands, dress up the head table and the dessert spread.

• Plan one plate, fork and glass per guest, plus about 10 per cent extra for seconds and breakage.

• Each chafing dish needs 2 fuel cans at a time. For a buffet longer than about 2.5 hours, add extra fuel.

• Propane equipment is for outdoor use only. Set it up on level ground away from the house, tents and anything that can burn.

• June weddings, grad parties and December holiday events book up first.
