Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Big guest lists. For large functions, combine banquet tables for food service with rounds for seating to keep guests moving.
Basement and backyard. Measure stairs and doorways for indoor setups. Folding chairs and fold-in-half round tables (choose that option when ordering) are easier to carry.
Delivery or pickup. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free; for Brampton, delivery is usually the better option.

Yes. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free. Just bring a vehicle with enough room for your order. Prefer not to make the trip? We deliver to Brampton too.
Yes, Springdale, Heart Lake, Castlemore, Mount Pleasant, Fletcher’s Meadow, Sandalwood, Bramalea, downtown and the rest of Brampton. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
