Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Townhouse backyards. Smaller yards work well with a few rounds or cocktail tables instead of long banquet rows.
Corporate venues. Confirm loading access and timing with property management before delivery day.
Delivery or pickup. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free; for Mississauga, delivery usually saves you a long trip.

Yes, Port Credit, Clarkson, Lorne Park, Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows, Cooksville, Malton and the City Centre. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
