Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Check your hall. Many community halls supply some tables. Confirm what’s included so you only rent what you need.
Outdoor parties. Choose level ground or a patio, and consider adding a tent for shade or rain.
Book ahead. Newmarket is further from our Oshawa base, so two to three weeks’ notice helps us secure your delivery date.

Yes, every Newmarket neighbourhood, from downtown to Stonehaven, Summerhill, Glenway and Woodland Hill. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
