Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Plan for the terrain. Rolling lawns can be uneven. Choose the flattest area, a patio or a gravel pad for your tables.

Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
