Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Protect your landscaping. Tell us where you’d like items dropped off so we can place them carefully.
Lakeshore breezes. Waterfront properties can be windy. Secure tablecloths and lightweight décor.
Book ahead. Oakville is one of our farther service areas, so two to three weeks’ notice helps secure your date.

Yes. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free. Just bring a vehicle with enough room for your order. Prefer not to make the trip? We deliver to Oakville too.
Yes, Bronte, Old Oakville, Glen Abbey, River Oaks, Joshua Creek, Clearview, Iroquois Ridge and the newer north Oakville communities. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
