Planning a chair and table rental in Toronto
Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Plan access. Many Toronto homes have narrow walkways and stairs. Fold-in-half round tables (choose that option when ordering) and stacking chairs are easier to carry through.
Parking and loading. For condos and offices, check loading-dock rules and parking with building management before delivery day.
Delivery is usually easiest. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free, but for most Toronto orders, delivery saves you a long round trip.

Yes, downtown, midtown, the east and west ends, plus Scarborough, North York and Etobicoke. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
Keep an eye on the forecast. For weather-related changes, give us at least 3 days’ notice to cancel or move to another date (subject to availability).
