Count your seats. As a rough guide, an 8-ft banquet table seats 8 to 10 guests and a 5-ft round seats 8 to 10. Plan one chair per guest, plus a few spares.
Corporate venues. For business sites, confirm loading access, timing and parking with your property manager before delivery.
Estate properties. Larger lots in Kleinburg and Maple have room for big layouts. Mix banquet tables and rounds for easy flow.
Delivery or pickup. Pickup from our Oshawa location is free; for Vaughan, delivery is usually the more convenient choice.

Yes, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord, Thornhill, Woodbridge and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre area. The delivery fee is based on your address and shown at checkout.
Delivery includes drop-off and pickup. If you’d like our team to set up and take down, it’s available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
