Concession Rentals in Oshawa

Concession rentals from a local Oshawa warehouse

Our concession rentals in Oshawa come straight from our warehouse here in the city, so you can pick a machine up for free or have it delivered. Popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones are the usual favourites for birthday parties, school fun fairs and company barbecues. Every machine runs on a standard household outlet, indoors or out.

Supplies are included with the popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone and chocolate fountain rentals. Just choose how many servings you need when you book.

Nothing draws a crowd like the smell of fresh popcorn. Every serving is popped fresh at your event, not prepackaged, and depending on the model, the machine may come on its own cart. 25 servings are included. Expecting more guests? Choose a larger serving count when you order. Servings beyond the included 25 are charged extra.

Cotton candy is a fair classic and an easy hit at kids’ birthdays and community days. Floss sugar and paper cones come with the rental, and you can choose plastic bags instead if you’d like. Make sure to choose your servings when you book so you have enough for everyone. Spinning it takes a little practice, so if you’d rather not run it yourself, add one of our attendants for 2 to 8 hours.

On a hot afternoon, snow cones disappear fast. Supplies come with the servings you select. It’s a regular at summer camps, school field days and backyard pool parties.

A hot dog roller keeps hot dogs evenly cooked and ready to serve, which makes it handy for fundraisers, sports days and concession stands. It plugs into a standard outlet and is simple to run. Hot dogs and buns aren’t included.

A chocolate fountain turns a dessert table into the centrepiece at weddings, showers and holiday parties. Chocolate is included with the servings you choose, and you can add an attendant for up to 4 hours.

Serve warm waffles at a brunch, a baby shower or a breakfast fundraiser. The waffle maker plugs into a standard outlet and is easy to use. Waffle mix isn’t included, so bring your favourite batter.

Planning concessions in Oshawa

• Every machine runs on a standard outlet. If you’re running more than one, plug them into different outlets so you don’t trip a breaker.

• The machines can’t be used in the rain. For outdoor events, set them up under a tent or have an indoor spot ready, like a garage or hall.

• Choose your servings with your guest count in mind. Kids often come back for seconds.

• June weekends and holiday parties book up first, so reserve two to three weeks ahead.
