Concession Rentals in Whitby

Fun food machines for Whitby events

Our concession rentals in Whitby come from our warehouse a few minutes away in Oshawa, so grabbing a popcorn or cotton candy machine for a Saturday party is easy. They show up at school fun fairs in Williamsburg, church picnics downtown and backyard birthdays in Taunton North.

Whitby schools and churches book concessions for fun fairs and summer picnics, and families add them to backyard birthdays and grad parties.

Whitby is one of our busiest delivery areas. We’ve delivered rentals for events at West Lynde Public School and Ormiston Public School.

Nothing draws a crowd like the smell of fresh popcorn. It’s popped fresh at your event, not prepackaged, and depending on the model the machine may come on its own cart. 25 servings are included; extra servings are charged. Whitby schools often pair it with a movie night in the gym.

Floss sugar and paper cones are included, with plastic bags if you prefer. Choose your servings when you book, and add an attendant for 2 to 8 hours if you’d rather not spin it yourself. It’s a favourite at spring fun fairs and kids’ birthdays across town.

Supplies come with the servings you select, and you can add an attendant for 2 to 8 hours. Snow cones are a summer staple at Whitby day camps and pool parties.

It keeps hot dogs evenly cooked and warm until serving. Hot dogs and buns aren’t included. Sports clubs use it at tournaments and season wind-ups.

Chocolate is included with the servings you choose, and an attendant can be added for up to 4 hours. It works well at bridal showers and holiday parties.

It runs on a standard outlet. Waffle mix isn’t included. Good for a Sunday brunch or a breakfast fundraiser.

Planning concessions in Whitby

• The machines run on standard outlets but can’t be used in the rain. Have a tent or indoor spot ready.

• Many Whitby schools and halls have outlets along one wall only. Plan your table layout around them.

• June is the busiest month for fun fairs and grad parties, so book two to three weeks ahead.
