Bolton tent rentals
Bolton sits in the Humber River valley in the Town of Caledon, with an older downtown and family neighbourhoods spreading up the hills around it. We install tents across Bolton and come back to take them down.
Backyard weddings, grad parties and family reunions are common bookings here. Tell us your plans and guest count and we will suggest a size.
Marquee and pole tents for Bolton events

For 20 or more guests, a marquee or pole tent gives everyone one covered space. Some Bolton lots sit on a slope, so our crew checks for a level spot before setting up.

Canopies for smaller Bolton gatherings
For a smaller group, a canopy tent is the cheaper option. Our canopies come in 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, and we can join them together for a longer covered area, though joined canopies aren’t recommended if rain is likely. They suit smaller yards and quick backyard parties. Some of the smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.

Hard surface setups in Bolton
If the tent can’t be staked, for example on asphalt, concrete or interlock, we hold it down with concrete weights or water barrels. Which one we use depends on the forecast and the site: in an open area concrete weights are a must, while a backyard sheltered by houses may only need water barrels, which usually cost less.
If your yard slopes toward the valley, a driveway or patio may be the better choice.

Add-ons for Bolton tent rentals
We rent sidewalls, plastic flooring, artificial turf, a dance floor, string lights, uplights, flood lights, heaters, fans and coolers.
Planning a tent in Bolton
If we’ll be staking into the ground, request free underground utility locates from Ontario One Call before your install date.
Larger tents may need a permit from the Town of Caledon. Check with them first; we’ll supply the tent documents they ask for.
Send us a photo if your yard slopes. It helps us find the best spot.
Bolton is a longer drive from Oshawa, so book a few weeks ahead for summer weekends.
Albion Hills, just north of town, is run by the TRCA and has its own booking rules.
Bolton tent rental FAQ
Yes. Our crew delivers, installs and takes down every marquee and pole tent. Some smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.
Only if the tent is being staked into the ground. Request them for free through Ontario One Call before the install date. On asphalt or concrete we use weights or water barrels, so no locates are needed.
Larger tents may need one from the Town of Caledon, and arranging it is up to you. We provide all the documentation for our tents. Custom work that needs new engineering stamps may cost extra.
Tell us your guest count and what you’re planning under the tent, and we’ll recommend a size.
Sidewalls and heaters cover most Ontario weather. If the forecast is severe and an install isn’t safe, our team will contact you. If you need to cancel or move your date because of the weather, give us at least 3 days’ notice (subject to availability).
