Tents for King City and King Township
King Township is rolling countryside with estate homes and farms around King City, Nobleton and Schomberg. These properties often have the room for a full outdoor wedding, and we install the tent wherever on the land works best.
Garden weddings, estate parties and equestrian or farm events are typical in King. Tell us about the property and the guest count and we will plan the tent with you.
Marquee and pole tents for King Township weddings

Large lawns here can take bigger marquee and pole tents. Our crew checks the ground, sets the tent level on rolling terrain and anchors it for open-field wind.

Canopies for smaller King gatherings
For a smaller group, a canopy tent is the cheaper option. Our canopies come in 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, and we can join them together for a longer covered area, though joined canopies aren’t recommended if rain is likely. They are useful for cocktail areas, a shaded bar or a small family lunch. Some of the smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.

Tents on gravel and paved areas in King
If the tent can’t be staked, for example on asphalt, concrete or interlock, we hold it down with concrete weights or water barrels. Which one we use depends on the forecast and the site: in an open area concrete weights are a must, while a backyard sheltered by houses may only need water barrels, which usually cost less.
Gravel courtyards and paved parking areas on estate properties can also host a tent.

Add-ons for King City tent rentals
For evening receptions in the country, flood lights, string lights and heaters are the usual add-ons. We also rent sidewalls, plastic flooring, artificial turf, a dance floor, uplights, fans and coolers.

Larger tents may need one from the Township of King, and arranging it is up to you. We provide all the documentation for our tents. Custom work that needs new engineering stamps may cost extra.
Tell us your guest count and what you’re planning under the tent, and we’ll recommend a size.
Sidewalls and heaters cover most Ontario weather. If the forecast is severe and an install isn’t safe, our team will contact you. If you need to cancel or move your date because of the weather, give us at least 3 days’ notice (subject to availability).
