Canopies for smaller Halton Hills gatherings
For a smaller group, a canopy tent is the cheaper option. Our canopies come in 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, and we can join them together for a longer covered area, though joined canopies aren’t recommended if rain is likely. They work for in-town yards in Acton and Georgetown and as extra cover at larger rural events. Some of the smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.

Tents on gravel and paved areas
If the tent can’t be staked, for example on asphalt, concrete or interlock, we hold it down with concrete weights or water barrels. Which one we use depends on the forecast and the site: in an open area concrete weights are a must, while a backyard sheltered by houses may only need water barrels, which usually cost less.
Farm yards with gravel or concrete pads can make a good base for a weighted tent.

Sidewalls and heaters cover most Ontario weather. If the forecast is severe and an install isn’t safe, our team will contact you. If you need to cancel or move your date because of the weather, give us at least 3 days’ notice (subject to availability).
